Employee Overall Satisfaction by Survey Section
BHCOE asks employees to rate their overall satisfaction with supervisors with a single item. Employee’s overall satisfaction with supervisors is an important metric as it may relate to the employee’s perception of the effectiveness of their supervisor and supervision of direct care; ultimately associated with the quality of care. Additionally, satisfaction with supervisors is associated with turnover intent. We provide the data below to show our commitment to overall satisfaction and quality of care as Paragon exceeds the benchmark when compared to other BHCOE accredited providers.
